What will you do?

We are now looking for employees who want to help take care of our customers' gardens during the growing season of 2026.

We perform contractual gardening services for housing cooperatives and property owners throughout Stockholm and its surroundings, and we also actively work to develop our customers' green environments.

The daily tasks include weeding planting areas and controlling weeds on hard surfaces using various methods, pruning, hedge trimming, tying climbing plants, edging, and mowing.

At the beginning and end of the season, we renovate existing plantings and establish new ones, and for some of our customers, we take care of planting and maintaining bedding plants throughout the year. We also ensure to highlight and communicate to our customers the development potential we see in their residential gardens, thereby creating varied and enjoyable tasks while delivering added value to the customer.

The work as a seasonal gardener is varied and social. You meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment.

You can work independently or in a group, planning your days together and taking your own initiatives – you have great freedom under responsibility. Regardless of the weather, you will work outdoors and be physically active all day. The job includes driving vehicles with trailers and what that entails.

The mobile phone is an important work tool where you keep track of your email, manage time reporting, and similar tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and caring. You have good knowledge of plants and green area maintenance or a curiosity and interest in learning. You enjoy planning your own time, are flexible, and solution-oriented.

Since you may work in a group, it is essential that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming climate in the workgroup. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in your interactions with the residents of the housing cooperatives. You are practically oriented and enjoy being active.

Education and previous experience in gardening are advantageous but not required; the most important thing is that we find the right person. A B driver's license for a manual transmission is a requirement.

The season runs from the end of March/beginning of April until September. You may work throughout the entire market area.
